　　马骏：男，上海市人，1966年9月6日生，上海外国语大学国际关系与外交事务研究院副研究员。2001年与2004年6月毕业于南京大学历史系，获历史学（国际关系史）硕士与博士学位。

　　研究兴趣：国际关系理论、国际关系史
