中科院半导体研究所研究生导师介绍：吴晓光

　　吴晓光，博士、研究员、博士生导师。吴晓光博士1982年毕业于武汉大学，1986年在比利时、安特卫普大学获博士学位，1987年在中国科学院半导体研究所做博士后，1990年在美国俄亥俄州、俄亥俄大学物理系做博士后。1993年回国到中国科学院半导体研究所工作，现为研究员，博士生导师，获得国家杰出青年基金和中国科学院百人计划资助。长期从事低维半导体物理理论研究，研究内容包括低维电子系统中的极化子、准二维电子系统的回旋共振及磁场调制平面超晶格，并在国际专业物理期刊发表论文40余篇，被他人引用500余次。目前从事半导体自旋电子学基础物理研究，主要研究低维半导体量子结构中的自旋及电荷的光学和输运性质。
