　　1、学术简历
　　2004年7月毕业于中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院统计学专业，获理学博士学位，现为山东理工大学教授、理学院统计学系主任、硕士生导师，2010年入选首批山东理工大学特殊津贴人才。2001-2004在中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院系统科学研究所概率与数理统计专业攻读博士， 2009-2010在美国罗切斯特大学（University of Rochester）做访问教授。近年来主要从事复杂数据的统计推断、混合模型、可靠性和数据分析等方面的统计理论研究，以及生物、经济、工业、统计质量管理等领域中的统计应用研究，特别是在复杂数据的统计推断方面已取得许多重要成果，达到了国际先进水平。近几年的研究成果已发表在《中国科学》、《Computational Statistics and Data Analysis》等国内外重要期刊上，其中SCI索引论文12篇、EI索引论文3篇。先后主持了国家自然科学基金1项、航空科学基金1项、山东省自然科学基金1项等项目，参与了国家自然科学基金2项。研究成果分别获山东省高等学校优秀科技成果（自然科学）奖、山东理工大学科学技术进步奖一等奖。获山东理工大学教学成果奖一等奖2次，指导全国大学生数学建模竞赛全国一等奖2次、二等奖1次。从2007年开始指导研究生，目前已有毕业的研究生3名，在校研究生4名。现为国际统计学会会员、中国概率统计学会会员，多种国际SCI学术期刊的特约审稿人。

　　2、教学情况
　　近五年主讲本科生的《数理统计》、《非参数统计》、《统计软件》、《统计模型与试验设计》等课程，2005-2008年均获校教学质量奖；主讲研究生的《高等数理统计》、《测度与概率论》、《多元统计分析》、《现代统计专题》、《试验设计》等课程。

　　3、研究生培养情况 
　　从2007年开始指导研究生，至今有3名硕士生按时毕业，并获得硕士学位，目前在读硕士生4名。
