  个人研究简介:
  斑马鱼作为模式生物一直在发育生物学、比较内分泌学等领域扮演重要角色。王亚军博士在香港中文大学博士攻读期间(1999-2003),以斑马鱼为研究模型,探究卵巢产生的一些生长因子,包括激活素(Activins)及其结合蛋白(Follistatin),表皮生长因子(EGF)及其受体(EGFR),以及PACAP及其受体在控制卵泡发育与类固醇激素生成中的作用。 二零零四年,王亚军博士加入香港大学理学院长梁志清教授实验室从事博士后研究。以家鸡为研究模型,围绕神经内分泌生长轴(调节生长发育的主要途径),致力于基因功能鉴定以及基因网络调控解析,并首次在家鸡等非哺乳类脊椎动物中鉴定到生长激素释放激素 (GHRH)及其两个专一性受体(GHRHR1 , GHRHR2)基因。 王亚军博士的系列研究结果已先后发表在<Endocrinology>, <Biology of Reproduction>, <PNAS>等领域内著名刊物上。 回到四川大学后,王亚军博士在四川大学引进人才基金支持下,组建畜禽功能基因研究平台,主以家鸡、斑马鱼为模型探究: 1) 神经多肽 (如:GHRH, PrRP, GCG2等)、神经递质、生长因子等对垂体功能的调节及其胞内信号传导机制;2) 基因功能及其表达调控; 3) 经济动物重要性状形成分子基础;4) 动物生长与代谢调节机制。
