于天津大学获学士和硕士学位,2003年毕业于中国海洋大学药物所获博士学位。早期从事糖类化合物的合成研究,目前主要从事生物活性物质的检测,包括DNA、癌细胞、酶、小分子活性物质及重金属离子等。研究内容涉电化学、化学发光、荧光及光致电化学等。同时开展了新型功能化材料的研究如碳纳米管、石墨烯等。作为项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金一项:基于核酸适体的光致电化学传感器的研究(20905040)。山东省中青年科学家奖励基金一项:基于石墨烯的光致电化学传感器的制备及其在肿瘤标志物检测中的应用(BS2011CL015)。作为第一作者发表SCI论文20余篇,其中影响因子大于5.0的SCI论文8篇。申请国家发明专利一项。参编《有机化学》和《有机化学实验》教材2部,参编《现代芳烃化学-概念、合成及应用》、《有机合成-概念与方法》和《多组分反应》译著3部。 近期发表论文: (1) Xiaoru Zhang, Shuguo Li, Xia Jin, Shusheng Zhang, A new photoelectrochemical aptasensor for the detection of thrombin based on functionalized graphene and CdSe nanoparticles multilayers, Chem.
