　　背景材料：
　　1956年10月生，汉族，中共党员，平度人，1996年任教授。1975.9在山东省平度市参加工作。
　　1982.1 本科毕业于山东大学化学系；
　　2001.7博士毕业于中国原子能科学研究院。
　　1989年获山东省科技进步二等奖；
　　1990年获山东省发明成果二等奖；
　　1991年获国家星火二等奖；
　　1990年获教育部科技进步二等奖；
　　1997年获山东省教育厅科技进步三等奖。
　　1992年被评为国家建材局优秀青年科技工作者；
　　1994年获山东省优秀青年知识分子称号；
　　1995年被评为全国优秀教师；
　　1995年享受国务院特殊津贴；
　　1997年被评为山东省专业技术拔尖人才；
　　2001年济南市客座专业技术拔尖人才。
　　完成省级鉴定项目5项；承担国家、省、市科技项目11项；发表学术论文150多篇， 其中60余篇被SCI收录。
　　感兴趣领域：医药及中间体合成；新型功能配合物的合成；海洋资源利用技术与工程；精细化学品合成
