中国海洋大学信息科学与工程学院导师介绍：董军宇

　　董军宇，博士生导师。1972年9月生，中国共产党党员。1989年至1993年在青岛海洋大学应用数学系应用数学专业读本科，1996年至1999年在青岛海洋大学应用数学系攻读硕士学位，2000年至2003年在英国Heriot-Watt大学的纹理实验室攻读博士学位。2004年回国后加入中国海洋大学。主要学术兼职包括英国Heriot-Watt大学纹理实验室兼职博士生导师（2008.10-）及中国莲花山计算机视觉和信息科学研究院兼职教授（2006.9-）。
　　目前主持承担了多个国际合作．国家级．省部级及青岛市级科技项目，已在国际期刊及国际学术会议上发表论文60余篇，其中SCI及EI收录40余篇。包括作为第一作者在计算机视觉领域的著名期刊International Journal of Computer Vision (国际计算机视觉期刊)发表论文一篇。
　　主要研究兴趣: 基于多幅图像或视频的三维重建．基于机器视觉的产品检测．纹理编辑与合成．基于计算机视觉技术的面部特征检测．细胞分裂检测．可视化仿真．基于图像的绘制等内容。应用领域主要涉及产品表面设计．影视特效制作．电子游戏．虚拟现实以及基于纹理的流场可视化等技术等。
　　
　　承担的主要科研项目
　　（1）．国家自然科学基金面上项目（40976002）：“支持向量机与水动力模式相结合的养殖海区水文环境研究，2010-2012，经费46万元，项目负责人，在研。
　　（2）．教育部新世纪人才支持计划项目（NCET-08-0505）：“基于机器学习方法的细胞分裂异常检测”，2009-2011，经费50万元，项目负责人，在研。
　　（3）国家自然科学基金项目“基于核方法的三维表面纹理自相似编辑及建模合成”（60702014），2008-2010。项目负责人。主要研究三维表面纹理的多种表示形式．多种表示形式下的自相似编辑以及应用核方法建立参数模型的合成方法。研究结果可以为开发高效的表面纹理计算机辅助设计工具提供理论依据及实验基础。
　　（4）国际合作项目：细胞分裂异常检测。2007年董军宇博士与位于英国剑桥的著名基因研究所Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute获得英国British Council研究员交换项目资助。双方将就基因研究中的细胞核分裂异常检测开展合作研究。
　　（5）国家“863”计划项目“基于感知学习的大型全局图像语义解译系统” （项目编号2006AA01Z121,2007-2009）子课题。该项目系董军宇博士与美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)朱松纯（Song-Chun Zhu）教授．清华大学张长水教授领导的实验室共同开展的合作研究项目。图像处理与模式识别研究室负责将图像语义理解扩展到视频理解，并开发智能监控系统的核心算法。
　　（6）国家科技支撑计划项目“周围性面瘫不同针刺方法的疗效比较与计算机评价系统的研究”子课题（2007年-2009年），图像处理与模式识别研究室负责计算机评价系统的研究开发。该项目利用计算机技术来量化分析评价周围性面瘫不同针灸方法的疗效。
　　（7）山东省中青年科学家奖励基金项目：“基于真实样本学习的三维表面纹理生成研究，2007.1 – 2008.12 No.2006BS01004。主要研究如何利用机器学习方法学习真实三维表面纹理特征，以生成新的纹理图像。
　　（8）教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金项目“三维表面纹理编辑与合成”（2005-2007）。
