中国科学院西北高原生物研究所博士生导师简介:赵新全

  赵新全,博士生导师,研究员,兼任兽类学会副理事长、兽类学报副主编、中国青藏研究会理事、中国生态系统研究网络(CERN)科学委员会委员、科技部、中国科学院海北高寒草甸生态系统开放实验站学术委员会委员等职务。国务院政府特殊津贴享受者。首批新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选。发表论文160余篇,其中被SCI收录的刊物论文30余篇,获科研成果6项。近几年来,在全球变化对高寒草甸生态系统的响应机制的实验生态学方面研究已形成了明显的优势,其中高寒草甸对全球变暖响应的控制实验、高原代表性土著动物的进化与适应、高寒草甸生态系统碳通量观测研究已达到国际先进水平,已在JGR,AFM,SBB,GCB,ELE等刊物发表数篇高水平论文。全球变暖将使高寒草甸植物物种多样性迅速下降,同时可导致牧草质量下降;温度增加可导致高原草地生态系统碳固定能力降低,生态系统土壤碳密度与生态系统对环境温度的响应呈显著的正相关;首次证实青藏高原人类活动对野牦牛的驯化最早发生在全新世早期,青藏高原鱼类的演变则进一步揭示青藏高原在隆升过程中发生了特定阶段生态环境的变迁,这为研究青藏高原隆升过程中发生的重大事件提供了一种新思路;基于高原鼠兔HIF-1α、leptin基因的克隆、 cDNA序列及蛋白序列的结构分析及其mRNA、蛋白质水平的组织不同海拔及不同组织的特异性表达研究分析,发现高原鼠兔此类基因发生了适应性进化,有区别于人、鼠等其它动物的特殊功能。首次在系统和整体层次上构建了生态上健全可靠、经济和生产上合理可行的一系列高寒地区退化生态系统恢复的优化模式和集成技术,使区域内以草业为纽带的生态环境保护和经济社会发展达到动态平衡,初步建立了人与自然的和谐关系。
