南通大学神经科学系导师介绍：刘梅

　　刘 梅 (1968．10 - )，博士 (2005)，教授 (2008)，神经生物学和细胞生物学专业硕士生导师，江苏省细胞与发育生物学会理事。现任神经再生重点实验室/神经科学系细胞生物学教研室主任，主要从 事神经细胞方面的技术和研究工作，讲授包括医学细胞生物学、医学遗传学、分子细胞生物学等理论课程和细胞生物学技术、分子生物学理论与技术等实验课程。曾 获江苏省青年岗位能手 (2003)，江苏省高校青蓝工程优秀骨干教师 (2003) 和南通大学 “我最喜爱的教师” 称号 (2008)。主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、教育部重点项目、江苏省高校重大项目等课题。获江苏省科技进步三等奖(2007)，南通市科技 进步一等奖(2006)。

　　研究方向：

　　1．采用MT Transport方法研究Kinesin-12在神经元损伤后细胞骨架重构的作用与机制；采用siRNA技术研究Kinesin-12在大鼠脊髓损伤后对神经元轴突再生和抑制胶质疤痕的作用．

　　2．以爬行动物壁虎为中枢神经损伤模型，比较壁虎和大鼠脊髓胶质细胞在损伤条件下活化特性的差异．

　　3． Myostatin和Calpain对失神经肌萎缩的影响
