　　都立辉 男，1981年3月生，博士，讲师。 

　　主要学历：
　　2008年6月，毕业于东北农业大学食品科学与工程专业，获工学博士学位；
　　2006年6月，毕业于东北农业大学食品科学与工程专业，获工学硕士学位；
　　2004年6月，毕业于东北农业大学生物科学专业，获理学学士学位。

　　主要工作经历：
　　2009年3月-2011年3月，受国家留学基金委资助到美国农业部东部研究中心做访问学者
　 2008年8月-至今，南京财经大学食品科学与工程学院生物工程系教师。

　　主持与参加的项目：
　　国家自然科学基金青年基金：NP_785232蛋白N端特定结构域黏附肠道的分子机制研究。
　　国家“863”课题：高活性乳酸菌发酵剂制造关键技术。
