  罗胜联,男,汉族,1962.2生,湖南常德人,教授,博士生导师。现任南昌航空大学副校长,持久性污染物控制与资源循环利用江西省重点实验室主任,国家杰出青年基金获得者,江西省“赣鄱英才555工程”第一批人选,江西省主要学科学术带头人,江西省创新团队负责人,湖南省新世纪121人才工程第一层次人选,湖南大学“985”工程首席科学家。历任湖南省政协委员,湖南大学化学生物传感与计量学国家重点实验室常务副主任,湖南大学水污染控制技术研究中心主任;兼任农工党中央环境资源委员会委员.农工江西省委常委。承担国家自然科学基金重点项目等国家部省专项20余项。获国家技术发明二等奖.国家科学进步二等奖等省部以上奖励6项;获国家授权发明专利18项;近10年发表论文143篇(SCI收录116篇,EI收录87篇);出版专著1部。获2012年度国际能源与环境领域大奖ENI奖的提名。
