个人简介:
1999.09-2003.07 于兰州大学本科毕业,获得材料物理学士学位
2003.09-2008.06 于中科院上海硅酸盐研究所硕博连读,获得材料学工学博士学位
2008.07-2010.07 宁波大学物理系讲师
2010.07-至今 宁波大学物理系副教授,硕士生导师
一直从事铁电压电材料的制备、结构及性能表征、压电器件的研制工作,积累了丰富的经验,曾主持和参加多项国家自然科学基金项目,浙江省科技攻关项目,宁波市基金等多项项目,在J. Appl. Phys., Appl. Phys. Lett., Solid State Commun等杂志上发表SCI收录文章近20余篇,以第一发明人申请发明专利2篇,受邀为Applied Physics, Letter,Solid State Communnications,Journal of Intelligent Material Systems and Structures审稿。
