中科院昆明动物研究所导师介绍:李文辉


  李文辉,男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。
  主要从事两栖爬行动物毒素蛋白多肽分子生物多样性,结构与功能研究。通过对两栖爬行动物毒素蛋白多肽家族的结构变异与功能分化的系统研究,为临床创新治疗药物的开发提供先导结构,同时有助于揭示人类自身生理、病理的分子机制。目前的主要研究为:1)蛇毒凝集素样蛋白及其对血小板膜糖蛋白受体作用及信号转导机制;2)两栖类皮肤蛋白多肽组 (主要针对抗菌肽)。目前负责二项国家自然科学基金及中国科学院“西部之光”重点项目一项。
