江西师范大学物理与通信电子学院导师介绍:袁彩雷

  个人简历:

  袁彩雷,理学博士,江西师范大学教授。2004 年在新加坡国立大学获博士学位。2003 年11 月-2007 年1月期间在新加坡国立大学材料工程系,新加坡南洋理工大学材料科学与工程学院从事纳米材料和器件的研究工作。于2007 年1 月起在江西师范大学理电学院工作。2008 年7 月-2009 年2 月在澳大利亚国立大学电子材料工程系访问。目前的主要研究方向为纳米晶的制备,及其电学,光学和磁学特性的研究,在SCI 期刊上发表论文30 多篇,SCI 引用200 多次。
