　　研究方向及主要研究内容介绍：
　　主要从事新型有机和金属有机化合物的设计合成、均相催化和手性催化方面的研究工作，具体研究内容包括：设计合成可催化烯烃、环氧化物、环己内酯、丙交酯等重要单体聚合反应的金属有机催化剂，研究聚合反应机理、条件和工艺，开发新型聚合物材料；设计合成可催化不饱和有机化合物手性加成、环加成、环氧化、偶联等反应的手性金属有机化合物，研究手性催化反应，开发新手性催化剂和手性合成反应；设计合成具有特殊光、电、磁性质，特别是具有半导体和发光性质的有机和金属有机化合物，开发新型功能材料；设计合成可制备高性能半导体材料、超导材料、陶瓷材料的金属有机前体化合物，研究其转化为相应材料的机理、条件和工艺。
