  研究方向及主要研究内容:
  主要研究方向:超硬、功能、纳米薄膜材料;材料的计算机模拟等。
  现主要从事超硬、纳米和功能薄膜材料,材料的计算机模拟等研究。1994年-1997年师从国际著名薄膜材料与物理学家Jan-Eric Sundgren教授,在瑞典林雪平大学物理系参加欧洲共同体联合研究课题“CN薄膜材料的研究”,并成为该课题主要研究成员之一。1997年回国后,继续从事并领导吉林大学材料科学系开展CN薄膜材料方面的研究工作。1999年2月至2000年9月受邀到日本千叶工业大学做客座研究员,合作并指导有关CN薄膜微波等离子体CVD制备及表征的研究工作。
 
  获得奖项
     1994年得到国家教育部培养跨世纪人才优秀中青年出国项目资助。1999年被教育部遴选为骨干教师并获资助,同年获教育部优秀年轻教师基金。2001年获吉林省杰出青年基金。2001年获政府特殊津贴。2002年获高校青年教师奖,新加坡TAN CHIN TUAN学者交流奖。2004年入选教育部“长江学者”特聘教授,同年入选国家“新世纪百千万人才工程”,并被评选为吉林省拔尖人才。2005年获得国家杰出青年基金。2005年吉林省省管高级专家。2006年吉林省有突出贡献的中青年专业技术人才。
 
  著作及论文
     其研究成果先后在国际重要学术杂志《J. Vac. Sci. Technol.》《Appl. Phys. Lett.》《Phys. Rev. B》《Carbon》《J. Phys. Chem. B》等上发表。其中在《J. Vac. Sci. Technol.》上发表的论文被国外同行专家引用101次,据由国家科学技术部和中国科技信息研究所公布的1999年全国科技论文被SCI引用数的统计与分析结果显示,该篇国际论文被引数全国排位第六名。迄今共发表SCI收录论文105篇,论文SCI他引350次。多次参加在美国,法国,瑞典,香港,新加坡等国家和地区举办的有关薄膜材料的国际会议(ISTP收录文章11篇)。
