　　简历：
　　赵建国，男，1974年3月出生于山东省日照市，博士，研究员，博士生导师。中国科学院动物研究所大动物生殖与发育研究组组长
　　中科院动物所"百人计划"引进海外杰出人才。2003年毕业于东北农业大学，获得动物遗传育种与繁殖专业博士学位；2003至2005年在上海交通大学医学遗传研究所任助理研究员，2005至2007年在美国新奥尔良大学任博士后研究人员；2007至2010年在美国密苏里大学哥伦比亚分校任研究助理教授。2010年入选中国科学院现代农业创新基地“项目百人计划”。主要研究方向为通过分子诱变或体细胞核移植转基因技术策略来改善猪的农业生产性状或构建用于生物医学研究为目的的转基因动物模型。现主持中国科学院“项目百人”计划项目1项，2005年获得上海“白玉兰”科技基金1项。
　　目前的研究成果主要包括创建了携带有人P23H Rhodopsin突变基因的NIH近交系转基因小型猪，视觉电生理检测已经证实在不同的个体中均出现不同程度的视力下降，可以作为人的色素性视网膜炎的疾病模型；创建了携带有人抗凝血因子9，Furin蛋白和α-抗胰蛋白酶的转基因猪，其中凝血因子9的表达水平在乳汁中达到了1克/升。首次报道利用组蛋白去乙酰化抑制剂-Scriptaid大幅提高了在生物医学研究中具有广泛应用价值的-NIH近交系小型猪的克隆效率。首次报道了利用锌指核酶技术在大动物当中实现了GFP基因的高效成功敲除。
