简历:
王雁玲,女,1971年3月出生于青海省西宁市,博士,研究员,博士生导师;中国科学院动物研究生殖病理研究组组长。
国家杰出青年基金获得者。1998年毕业于中国科学院动物研究所,获得生理学博士学位;2004年晋升为研究员。
主要致力于研究胎盘发育的调控机理以及子痫前期等重大妊娠疾病的发病机制。我们建立和稳定了研究人类母胎界面上滋养层细胞和子宫内膜相互作用的多种体外模型,并通过慢病毒和腺病毒感染手段建立胎盘特异基因操作的动物模型;通过前瞻性分析建立子痫前期血浆和胎盘标本库;筛选和鉴定到子痫前期早期预测的血浆标记分子。正在应用业已建立的体内、外研究模型探讨标志分子相关的信号通路在早期胎盘发育中的作用,并研究其中关键因素的遗传和表观遗传调控异常与子痫前期发病的分子关联。我们的研究目标在于阐释人类胎盘发育的关键调控环节,揭示子痫前期发病的遗传和表观遗传基础,发展子痫前期早期诊断和干预的综合策略。
近年来在Molecular Aspects of Medicine,Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism,RNA Biology,PLoS ONE,Molecular Endocrinology,Human Reproduction,Biology of Reproduction等SCI期刊发表学术论文30余篇。
