  简历:
  唐铁山,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师;中国科学院动物研究所分子神经生物学研究组组长。1998年于中国科学院发育生物学研究所分子发育开放实验室获得博士学位,随后留所任助理研究员。2000年以后在美国得克萨斯大学西南医学研究中心生理系做博士后研究和讲师,从事神经钙信号与神经退行性疾病分子机理方面的研究。2008年应聘入选中国科学院动物所“百人计划-国外引进杰出人才”,在生物膜与膜生物工程国家重点实验室建立“分子神经生物学研究组”。主要研究方向为神经细胞在生理和病理状态下钙信号的功能调控。在国际上首先发现了神经细胞胞内钙信号紊乱与亨廷顿氏神经退行性疾病(舞蹈病)的关系;并使用基因治疗的方法,稳定了舞蹈病模型小鼠神经细胞的钙信号,显著延缓了疾病模型小鼠纹状体神经细胞的退行性病变。近年来所取得的研究成果发表在国际核心学术期刊,包括 Neuron、PNAS、J Neuroscience、Development、J Biol Chem 等。迄今共发表SCI收录论文25余篇,获得美国专利一项。今后的研究重点将以小鼠、果蝇和斑马鱼等模式动物作为研究体系,利用分子细胞生物学、遗传学和生物化学等技术,探讨神经钙信号紊乱,DNA的损伤修复与神经退行性疾病的关系;探索以神经钙信号传导通路,DNA的损伤与修复通路为切入点的神经退行性疾病治疗方案。目前指导在读硕士生2名,在读博士生2名,指导与中国科学技术大学联合培养的硕士生2名。
