  教育和工作经历

  2003.09-2009.06   中国科学院金属研究所,材料物理于化学,博士;

  2009.09-2011.05   日本精细陶瓷研究中心,博士后;

  2011.06-2014.09   美国洛斯阿拉莫斯国家实验室,博士后;

  2014.09-至今      中科院金属研究所,研究员;

  2016.04-至今      中科院金属研究所,博士生导师。

  研究方向:原子尺度结构与材料性能关系的(原位、球差校正)透射电子显微学研究,材料体系包含锂离子电池材料,块体纳米层状金属材料,高熵合金、高温合金、钛合金等。

  主要成果:揭示了纳米颗粒MnCr2O4与MnS界面诱发的不锈钢点蚀形核新机制;建立了块体纳米多层金属材料界面结构特性与材料织构演化、变形机理、热稳定性之间的基本关联;揭示了锂离子电池材料在循环充放电过程中的晶界结构演化规律及其与电池容量下降之间的因果关系。已发表Nature Communications、PNAS、Acta Materialia(10)等论文近60篇,H因子20。

  在研项目:国家自然科学基金青年项目(51401208),沈阳材料科学国家(联合)实验室基础前沿及共性关键技术创新项目(2015RP18),中科院“百人计划”项目。
