　　1960年1月 11日出生，籍贯：浙江、嘉兴。
　　1980年考入杭州电子工业学院（2004 年更名为杭州电子科技大学）、机械工程系。所学专业：电子机械工程。
　　1984年毕业获工学学士，以后留杭州电子工业学院任教。
　　1986年转为助教，1991年晋升为讲师，1995年任教研室主任，2001年晋升为副教授，2009年晋升为教授，
　　2010年工作调动到杭州师范大学，理学院遥感与地球科学研究院，从事卫星遥感地面站和遥感科研平台建设工作。
