　　李先芬， 1969 年 2 月出生，安徽天长人，中共党员。哈尔滨工业大学学士、华南理工大学硕士、合肥工业大学博士， 2009.9-2010.9 美国 Southern Methodist University 工程学院访问学者，教授，硕士生指导教师。

　　研究方向及科研项目　　
　　（1）液态金属结构与性质、 凝固；
　　（2）焊接材料及焊接工艺（钎焊及无铅焊料；激光焊、复合焊等）

　　近年来，主要参与耐磨新型合金材料研究及开发、液态金属结构与性质随温度的变化规律等方面的科研工作。其中：
　　• 主持完成安徽省自然科学基金 “ 温度诱导合金液态结构转变的可逆性研究 ” （ 2007.1-2008.12 ）
　　• 主持完成合肥工业大学校科研发展基金 “ 汽车制动鼓的失效机理及新材质开发研究 ”(2003.5-2005.5) ；
　　• 以主要研究人参加完成国家自然科学基金 “ 合金熔体结构及性质随温度发生非连续变化的普适性探索 ”(04.1-06.12) 和 “ 基于液液结构转变探索合金熔体结构对凝固组织生长行为作用 ”(2006.1-2008.12) ；
　　• 2009 年 1“ 液态物质新物理现象－温度诱导非连续液液结构转变的探索 ” 获 教育部自然科学二等奖 （ 2008 － 079 ，第 2 完成人）； “ 滚筒洗衣机内筒 - 外壳成型柔性生产装备 ” 获安 徽省科技奖励二等奖 （证书号 2008 － 2 － R2, 第 2 完成人）
　　• 参加完成教育部科学技术研究重点项目 “ 温度诱导液 - 液结构转变对合金凝固行为及组织的影响 ” (2004.1-2006.12)
　　• 参加国家 863 计划项目 “ 精密铜管短流程高效制备加工技术的研究 ” (08.5-09.9) ，
