　　个人介绍
　　1983年1月生，博士，合肥工业大学管理学院讲师。
　　主要从事决策科学与评估方面的研究工作，在“International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems”、“International Journal of Intelligent Systems”等国际、国内期刊以及国际会议上公开发表论文10余篇。
　　2007年10月曾参加中国科学院科技政策与管理科学研究所和英国Kent大学商学院合办的“第二届创新与绩效管理国际研讨会”，并在会上英文发言20分钟。

　　教育背景
　　2000年-2004年：合肥工业大学管理学院工商管理专业 学士；2004年-2009年，合肥工业大学管理学院信息管理与信息系统专业，硕博连读，并于2009年12月获合肥工业大学管理学博士学位，2012年至2013年在英国曼彻斯特大学商学院做访问学者
