华东理工大学化学与分子工程学院导师介绍：徐首红

　　徐首红 女，博士，副教授，xushouhong@ecust.edu.cn
　　1991年大学本科毕业于华东化工学院无机材料系，获学士学位；1995年赴日本名古屋市立大学药学部留学。1998年获硕士学位，2001年获博士学位，2001年至2002年在日本名古屋市立大学药学部进行博士后研究工作；2002年至2004年作为日本学术振兴会(JSPS) 博士后特别研究员继续留校做研究，2004年回国至今在华东理工大学化学系物理化学教研组从事教学和科研工作，任副教授、硕士生导师。生物高分子、蛋白质等大分子的纳微米颗粒自组装结构、界面性质及其应用等方面的研究工作。
　　
　　研究领域：生物大分子，聚电解质，两亲性大分子的有序排列，自组装和界面行为及其在生物医药上的应用。

　　 研究方向：
　　 1）合成及表征有自组装性和功能化两亲性的嵌段共聚物，研究其在界面上自组装结构，评价它们在固体表面的吸附特性和界面行为。
　　 2）无机/有机核壳结构纳微颗粒的组装设计，研发新型、新功能的具有生物活性的组织工程修补材料和药物载体。
