　　一、课题组介绍

　　秘晓林，博士，教授，博士研究生导师。入选中国科学院“引进国外杰出人才--百人计划”，辽宁省“攀登学者”。国家重大科学研究计划、国家自然科学基金、博士后科学基金、美国国家科学基金研究生项目等评议人，SCI杂志International Journal of Nanomedicine顾问编委，PLoS ONE、Current Proteomics编委，中国生化药物杂志编委，中国环境诱变剂学会理事，辽宁省医学会医学遗传学分会副主任委员，Biomaterials、Genetics、International Journal of Nanomedicine等SCI杂志审稿人。主持国家重点基础研究计划“973”课题、国家自然科学基金项目、中国科学院创新项目等。

　　1990年毕业于兰州大学生物化学专业，获理学学士学位；1996年毕业于卫生部兰州生物制品研究所免疫学和微生物学专业，获硕士学位；1999年毕业于中国预防医学科学院病毒学研究所病原生物学专业，获博士学位。同年赴美国，在国立卫生研究院（National Institutes of Health）国家癌症研究所（National Cancer Institute）从事博士后研究，随后任职美国国立卫生研究院国家癌症研究所研究学者。作为通讯作者，研究成果发表在Proceedings of National Academy of Sciences USA, Oncogene, Biomaterials, Human Molecular Genetics, Journal of Cell Science等国际知名学术期刊。

　　1.        非编码RNA（miRNA和lncRNA）应答DNA损伤，调节细胞周期、凋亡、转录的功能和机制；

　　2.        肠道干细胞再生与分化的表观遗传调控。
