  1.工作经历

  1985年3月~1998年9月:长沙交通学院汽车与机械工程系教师,助教--教授,教研室副主任—系主任。

  1997年9月~2005年6月:香港城市大学、加拿大Saskatchewan大学、香港理工大学和加拿大多伦多大学, 博士后或Research Fellow。

  2005年8月~今:长沙理工大学汽车与机械工程学院教授,质量、可靠性与维修研究所所长。

  2.学习经历

  1982年7月:毕业于武汉理工大学机械工程专业,获工学学士学位;

  1985年3月:毕业于武汉理工大学机械工程专业,获工学硕士学位;

  1996年8月:毕业于澳大利亚昆士兰大学机械工程专业,获工学博士学位。

  3.主要工作业绩

  主要从事汽车运用工程的科研与教学工作。其研究领域为产品质量工程、可靠性工程和各种工程系统(如大中型车队,重型机械等)的维修管理与最优决策。近5年主持科研项目3项,其中国家自然科学基金项目1项,湖南省教育厅重点项目1项,中国科学院科学出版基金资助项目1项;获2008年湖南省第12届自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖。在研项目2项,科研经费达29万元。在重要国际期刊发表论文30多篇,以及大量其它论文。出版专著4本,最近出版的专著为《Maintenance: Decision Models for Management》(英文)。

  他是国际可靠性与维修领域重要的研究专家;国际杂志“International Journal of Performability Engineering”编委;20多家国际杂志或出版商的稿件评阅人。
