吴中柳研究员,女,1975年6月生。2003年毕业于中国科学院上海有机化学研究所生物有机化学国家重点实验室,获理学博士学位,同年赴美国Vanderbilt大学医学院生物化学系从事博士后研究工作,2006年入选中国科学院“百人计划”(“引进国外杰出人才”) ,2008年获得择优支持。现任中国科学院成都生物研究所应用与环境微生物研究中心研究员,博士生导师。入选2008年度四川省杰出青年学科带头人。目前主持国家自然科学基金项目、中国科学院“百人计划”项目、中科院重大项目专题和四川省青年科技基金项目各一项。
主要从事生物催化与生物转化研究。包括:1、在有机合成中有重要意义的新型微生物氧化酶酶源的筛选、评估和应用;催化性能各异的氧化酶储备酶库的构建。2、利用分子生物学、化学或物理的手段,提高酶催化剂的活力和立体选择性,扩展其底物适应性,改善其环境耐受性,推动其工业应用。3、结合有机合成设计,发展在医药和精细化工领域有重要意义的手性分子的酶催化合成新方法。4、利用生物催化构建多样性的活性分子库,特别是氧化酶参与的模拟药物代谢途径,新型类药分子的鉴定和性能评估。目前已发表论文20余篇,英文专著章节1篇,申请发明专利3项,已授权1项。论文被他人引用百余次。
