多媒体技术教研中心

　　李学明导师组：

　　李学明，男，1969年生，教授，博士生导师，数字媒体实验室。1992毕业于中国科技大学无线电系，1997在北京邮电大学获工学博士学位后到北京交通大学信息所做博士后，1999年到北京邮电大学从事教学科研工作，2002年曾在德国卡尔斯鲁厄大学作高级访问学者并讲授多媒体课程。主要从事数字图像处理、视频编码与传输、多媒体通信等方向的研究工作。先后主持完成多项国家及企业研究开发项目，获国家科技进步三等奖、信息产业部科技进步一二等奖各一次，出版专著1本、教材1本、发表学术论文40多篇。现为北京电子学会广播电视专业委员会副主任委员，中国图象图形学会数码专业委员会委员，中国电子学会信号处理分会委员。
　　Prof.Li Xue Ming received his B.S degree from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 1992 and Ph.D. degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) in 1997, all in electronics engineering. From 1997 to 1999, he was a post-doctor researcher in Institute of Information Science of Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU). He has been working for BUPT since 1999, In 2002, he once worked as a guest lecturer in Karlsruhe University, Germany. His current research interests include digital image processing, video coding, and multimedia telecommunication.Up to now, he has undertaken many state and enterprise R&D projects, and published two books and more than 40 papers in the field of multimedia information processing and transmission. Prof. Li now is a senior member of Chinese Insttitute of Electrics, and a senior member of China Society of Image and Graphics.
　　 
　　别红霞，女，1971年5月生。教授，博士研究生导师，数字媒体室。2000年博士毕业于吉林大学， 2001年任教于北京邮电大学。长期从事信号与信息处理研究工作，目前研究方向为多媒体通信，主要从事多媒体信息处理、无线数据传输技术相关的研究工作。作为项目负责人承担并完成国家863重大专项项目子课题、国家支撑计划重大项目子课题、教育部博士点基金项目及军方项目等二十多项科研项目，在数字图像与视频处理算法、DSP多媒体终端及PowerPC 嵌入式通信系统及近距离无线数据传输方面取得了多项有应用价值的科研成果，曾获北京市科技进步一等奖，发表论文多篇。中国通信学会高级会员，中国计算机协会多媒体专业委员会委员。
　　Prof. Bie Hongxia, she is now doctoral tutor, Digital Media Lab in Multimedia Technology Center, School of Information and Communication Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Bie received her Ph.D. degree from Ji Lin University in 2000 and began her teaching in BUPT from 2001.Bie’s research focuses on Signal and Information Processing, and now she has been doing research on Multimedia Communication, such as multimedia information processing, digital image processing and wireless data transmission technologies. In recent years, Bie undertakes the research on multimedia processing and wireless data transmission supported by National High-Tech Research and Development Program (863 Program) in the Eleventh-Five Year Plan, doctoral foundation provided by national education committee and other over 20 projects. Her recent research achievements include digital image processing algorithm, video sequences processing algorithm, DSP based multimedia system and PowerPC based communication system. Bie is a member of China Institute of Communications and China Computer Federation.
　　 
　　魏芳，女，1978年出生，副教授，硕士生导师，数字媒体实验室。2004年获北京邮电大学信号与信息处理博士学位。2002年曾到德国卡尔斯鲁厄大学计算机学院进行为期一年的学术访问。主要从事视频编码与传输、数字图像处理、网络多媒体应用等方面的研究。先后参与了多项国家级、省部级科研课题的研究工作，并承担了多项企业合作项目，在视频编码、图像处理、数字电影、IPTV等领域发表了学术论文二十几篇，其中多篇论文为EI、ISTP检索，并参与了两本专著的撰写工作。现为北京电子学会广播电视专业委员会委员。
　　Wei Fang ia an associate professor and post graduate tutor of digital media lab. She received her Ph.D. degree in Signal and Information Processing from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) in 2004. In 2002, she was invited to be a researcher in School of Computer Science, Karlsruhe University, Germany. Her major research interest includes video coding and transmission, digital image processing, network multimedia application, etc. Up to now, she has published two books and more than 20 papers in video coding, image processing, digital cinema, IPTV. etc. She is also an active commissioner of Broadcast & Television Special Commission, Beijing Institute of Electronics.
