北京工业大学生物化学与分子生物学博导介绍－胡利明

　　一、基本情况

　　胡利明，1963年9月生，博士，教授，博士生导师。分别于1985年和1994年在华中师范大学获得理学学士和硕士学位；2001年在武汉大学获得理学博士学位。先后在武汉教育学院和华中师范大学从事教学和科研工作；2002年进入厦门大学福建省化学生物学重点实验室从事博士后研究；2004年进入北京工业大学，现为北京工业大学生命科学与生物工程学院教授。

　　二、主要研究方向

　　（1）药物合成方法学研究与新技术应用；

　　（2）计算机辅助药物设计与虚拟筛选；

　　（3）蛋白质与配体的相互作用与识别以及构效关系的研究；

　　（4）具有生物活性的有机磷化学研究；

　　（5）天然药物中有效成分的提取、鉴定和活性研究

　　三、在研项目（主持，2010年）

　　（1）国家重大科学研究计划项目(2009.1-2013.12)：载药纳米颗粒的药效学、生物利用度及其机理研究；

　　（2）北京市人才强教项目：HIV与靶细胞融合过程的小分子抑制剂研究；

　　（3）北京市基金(2010.1-2012.12)：以gp41为靶标的抗HIV-1药物先导体研究。

　　 四、 研究成果

　　自2001年以来，主持和参与研究项目二十多项，包括国家重大科学研究计划项目、国家科技攻关项目、国家自然科学基金项目、教育部重点科技项目、博士后基金项目、北京市教委科技项目、北京市人才强教项目、北京市基金项目、湖北省重点科技项目、福建省重大科技项目、福建省重点科技项目和福建省自然科学基金项目等；获得湖北省科技进步二等奖（1999）和北京市中青年骨干教师；在各级、类刊物中发表研究性学术论文100余篇，其中有35篇被SCI收录；授权专利6件（其中美国专利1项）；作为主要研究者获得国家三类新药证书1项、国家重点新产品证书1项、国家食品药品监督管理局原料药和制剂注册批件各1件。
