　　研究方向：
　　集成化生物技术——生物上、中、下游集成化技术(如：Cell factory; Lab-on-a-chip, etc.)与机理研究，涉及微生物制药、生物分子转化与降解及生物分离（蛋白质分离与复性）等领域。理论上，研究分子生物学原理（基因表达调控）与发酵调控原理（环境因子调控），通过代谢工程与系统生物学及现代生物技术等手段解决中下游生物技术中的难题，特别是微生物转化降解、重组蛋白（酶）表达、及生物分离过程中难题。应用上重点研究甾体药物，涉及蛋白质（酶）药物和　　生物大分子与再生资源的生物转化与降解。
